How IQDigital collects, uses and protects personal information.

What we collect
We process information you choose to submit through enquiries, audits, bookings and account experiences. Essential technical records support authentication, credit and ledger integrity, service delivery, fraud prevention and security. Optional analytics contains pseudonymous journey, campaign, device-class, experiment and performance events; contact details and free-text enquiry content are kept outside that analytics dataset.
Purpose and legal basis
Requested services and pre-contract enquiries are processed to take steps at your request. Account, security and abuse-prevention records support service delivery and our legitimate interests in operating a safe product. Optional analytics and experiments run only after your choice permits them; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable that collection.
Choices and withdrawal
You can allow or reject optional analytics from the Privacy choices control in the footer. Essential-only access remains fully usable. You can change your choice at any time; withdrawal clears IQDigital analytics identifiers stored in this browser and stops future optional events.
Processors and transfers
Information may be processed by Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, storage and server operations, and by the booking or communication provider you intentionally use. Where processing crosses jurisdictions, we rely on the safeguards made available by the relevant provider and applicable data-protection law.
Retention
Raw pseudonymous analytics and linked conversion evidence are configured for automatic deletion after 13 months. Short-lived identity reconciliation and webhook records expire sooner. Lead, account, contract, billing and security records are retained only for their operational or legal purpose, then deleted or anonymized under the applicable schedule. Presence audit reports (the audited website, profile or brand and the generated report) are kept at their private link for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically; which audits you requested is linked only to an anonymous browser identifier used for rate limiting and your own audit history.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to processing or withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request so personal data is not disclosed to the wrong person.
